Here are a few reasons why not.

1. He loves Arsene and Arsene loves him. Like father and son, they are.
2. Arsenal have already lost one incredibly influential midfielder this season, they won't want to lose another.
3. He wouldn't go anywhere else in England.
4. Rafa will shop outside UK for a good price.
5. ...er... I think that's about it actually.

Really, like so many other transfer rumours, this could be solid gold, or a pile of Horsesh!t. I'm not saying I wouldn't like Bobby to come to Anfield, but what I am saying, is that I can't see it happening. I'd rather have youth anyway. Nice idea, but so was the one I had about an underwater helicopter.

I can't see Pires happening.
Arsene wouldn't let him go to another English club, and I think Rafa would be looking in the french, Italien and Spanish leagues for quality players.
