RB: Finnan
CB: Traore/Hyypia
CB: Gardner
LB: Rodriguez

RM: Diouf
CM: Gerrard
CM: Guily
LM: Kewell

F: Baros
F: Viduka

New signings: approx £ 25 mill

Rodriguez (Boca Juniors). Young attacking fullback with pace.
Gardner (Spurs). Big strong guy with pace. Already an established premier league defender.
Guily (Monaco) Excellent attacking midfielder.
Viduka (Leeds) Big strong guy. Will be an excellent partner for Baros.

Sell: approx £ 15 mill

Heskey, Henchoz, Murphy, Biscan, Owen, Hamann.

Manager: Martin O'Neill ->Out Houllier (cost £ 5mill )

Subs from: Traore/Hyypia, Riise, Carragher, Smicer, Pongolle, Diao

Comments: Finnan should be allowed to have one more year at settling in at anfield. He has been injured for most of the season and never played to his full potential. Decent all round player. I think a central defence with Gardner/Hyypia or Gardner/Traore could work. Gardner is a good defender with pace and strenght. Traore is underrated and Hyypia could become good with a better defensive partner. We should try to sign Rodriguez from Boca as our new left back. He is an quick attacking fullback. Kewell and Rodriguez would guarantee plenty of crosses and trickery from the left. Central midfield with Gerrard and Guily. Awsome! I also think we should give Diouf a new season on the right side. He is clever with the ball, creative and unpredictable. He will become good if Liverpool improve. Another option is to use him as a backup for our strikers and sign Malbranque. Our strikers should be Viduka and Baros. Proven quality. One quick small guy and one big strong target player.

I personally think theres no need for Cisse,Baros is good enough.
