Call of Duty 2 is superb, Paul. The action and atmosphere in it is intense.

I really looking forward to Oblivion, the screenshots for it are amazing and its predecessor, Morrowind, was a really good game.

Paul, i've played COD 2 on PC and despite my PC not being the best, it is one of the most atmospheric and engaging games i've played in a long time.

My PC ain't anywhere near JBG's or an X-Box 360 so I can only imagine the experience for them must be awesome.

Thouroughly recommeded.

CoD 2 is amazing, just go back and play CoD and you'll see the difference.

If any one wants to join my gaming clan pm

I bought COD2 yesterday, haven't played it too much but from what I can tell it's a very good game. :)

I imagine it is a very good game, however I personally just can't play anymore army fps games. I've played all bar the last medal of honour, call of duty, vietcong, squad based this and squad based that, tom clancy's brain, turrets, tanks, boats and gun mounted bikes, I've just finished Half life 2 and I am currently playin Far Cry, theres army types everywhere( far cry has took on an unusual twist mind). My next game will be Super Monkey Ball or I might get a psp and play that liquid metal thing.

'Game' get them in virtually everyday, they only get 2/3 but sell them within a couple of hours, their delivery hours are between 10-11 every morning  :;):

I just got a VGA cable for my 360 so I can play it on my PC monitor, because the TV only runs at 1024x768 where the monitor runs higher and a lot smoother. Believe me the cable is worth it.

Disclaimer: this will be giberish for the sub 21 gamers (or perhaps sub 30)?

FAvourite Miggy games JBG? Shadow of the Beast impressed me, Sensible soccer had an excelent version in the miggy and some of the Pinballs for the miggy are great. Not that I have many games. A friend of mine has given me all his collection, but it's not huge. I have some machines like the Miggy, because I like those machines. You can understand as a whole, and actually program them in a very low level (the demoscene of the amiga is not matchable, programationwise).

Your thoughts?

Let me see, you can do a lot better than Shadow of the Beast.

Sensible Soccer: excellent.

Others I'd recommend:

Heimdall
Chaos Engine 1 & 2
Bubba n Stix
Lemmings
Alien Breed
Gods

Yes, you get the full 360 effect at high resolution.

Half Life 2 and FarCry are superb.  :buttrock

If your machine can handle it you can activate High Dynamic Range lighting in HL2. Sweet.

I'd get one of these mate cos it will run at a higher resolution, thus sharper and smoother picture.
