Yeah great idea, bring in Rumour forum , it certainly get more posts then some of forums. Besides if there are separatre threads rather then just this monstrosity, it may just deter some of spam where people just have to post their rumour as separate entity  that clogs up Generl discussion which gets up a few people's nose

Yes it is just ridiculous what he will do. For me this gives an added edge to the Benfica game and hopefully we will have the last laugh (again) when we beat them and Chelski loose to Barcelona. Up yours Maureen  :D

SSN have just announced that Southampton have recieved 2 bids for Theo Walcott, and expect a third this afternoon.

They say they haven't accepted/rejected any of them.

We've GOT to be the third team, surely!?! ???

Could be Spurs flashing the cash thinking they have a hope

Guess who's next? Wonderkid - Theo Walcott

Ian Rush claims that Southampton wonder kid Theo Walcott is a massive Liverpool fan and dreams of playing for the Anfield club.

The 16-year-old looks set for a move to Arsenal, who have reportedly bid £15m for his services, but Lawrenson claims that his heart lies elsewhere.

Rush said in his column for the Liverpool Echo: "Most reports suggest he's on his way to Arsenal. If true, that's a bit of a shock to me because I met the lad recently and he's a massive Liverpudlian.

"He loves the club. I joked to him he should sign for us and he admitted he'd love to one day.

"I don't know if Liverpool were interested in signing him, but I'd be very surprised if they weren't.

"I've seen the lad in action and there's no question he's a fantastic talent. It would have sent out the perfect signal to the rest of the Premiership if somehow the club had secured his signature."

But Rush does not believe the teenager should sign for any Premiership club just yet, saying: "My advice to Walcott would have been to stay at Southampton a bit longer, got a good football education at his current club and then come to the greatest club there can be when you're ready for the next step. That's Liverpool."

Walcott certainly seems unlikely to join Chelsea, with reports suggesting that he would not join the Stamford Bridge club whatever money was on the table.

There's always the possibility (distinct) that the third club is Manure. If I'm being honest, for the money which is being bandied about I hope it is.

OK. I can say for sure that , Xabi Prieto, our right winger, has been definitely contacted by Rafa and he wants him in Liverpool for next season. There will be at least a bid for that, other thing is that they'll reach an agreement.

Source: A close friend (not lie, the guy really knows the player, it's proved) of Xabi Prieto. He also foresee Alonso's bid earlier than anyone else in the RS forum, and other informative bombs, so I owe him that credibility.

Credibility: 4 out of 5 .

My opinion: Another success. He only needs to be stronger (work in the gym). Excellent dribbling, excellent crossings, excellent penalty taker. Thumbs up, the unique player of my team that can go to Liverpool. He's key for us at the moment, and he's going to be expensive, but I can tell he'd be worth of the money. BTW, Rafa Benitez tried to sign him up in Valencia (oficially), that makes it more likely, but 2 years ago he was a lot more unknown (and cheap) than now... Oh and he's young.
