No probs, alsonso has been one of our most consisted players since we bought him. He's worth every penny. His passing ability and vision is second to none. His shooting isn't bad either as you saw from the luton tie
Definate bargain at half the price in my books - just look at his goals on saturday. Almost as big an influence on the team now as stevie g. I say give 'em a bit extra as they need itat the moment do sociedad.
SABRE will be glad that his 2nd love are getting a bit more cash in the coffers!
For me he has been joint best player with Stevie. He is truley a world class player with his long passing and great vision. And credit muct go to Rafa for convincing him to sign for us. He hasnt put a foot wrong since joining and this season is starting to score more.
Not news really, I pointed out a month ago or so that we were about to receive more money due to Alonso's 60th match. The transfer had a base price and some variables, that depended on how far Liverpool reached in CL (we were lucky on that) and another variable if he managed to play 60 games in 5 years. There are not more variables, it's all paid right now
Also, Real Sociedad stated in the local press in it's time that it's a pleasure to make deals with Liverpool as they contact the club first, and they pay religiously at the correct time. The Barcodes for instace haven't contacted Real Sociedad yet, while they are contacting Nihat.
BTW, I have a barcode fan in my forum asking for Nihat, is "bar codes" very insulting? I'll pay a visit to the Newcastle thread just in case it turns out necessary to copy and paste some of the lando's post towards the Newcastle fan

Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that. BILL SHANKLY
