That wouldn't make things any better. Brazil will win the group, but we won't finish last in the group because we're far better than what you think. The only game we've lost in the past year was against Portugal, and that was a friendly. We even drew 1-1 with Brazil.

You can make all the predictions in the world based on whatever formula you choose but the proof of the pudding is in the eating. You right Australia off...Aussie's love that. We THRIVE on being the underdogs...we are used to it.

Yeah, OK the odds are stacked against us but Australians rise to that typer of challenge. All teams in that group are beatable, including Brasil. This is the World Cup gentlemen and the World Cup LOVES to throw up surprises....Sth Korea, Cameroon, Turkey, etc. One more ain't gunna look too out of place.

So right us off lads...

well there`s only one place to prove him wrong and thats on the pitch. one things for sure and thats there will be some surprise results in the world cup, there always is, and maybe the aussies are the team to do it.
the brits and aussies always have a lot of banter between themselves but i guarentee most of britain will see the aussie`s as their `second` team once it starts in the way everyone got behind the irish republic in 94.
