I was just wondering. If after todays game, Owen realises that his heart lies with LFC and he wants to try and come back to the club. Would liverpool fans welcome him back with open arms or not?

I would have him back,the lad is a class goal scorer that is a fact no one can deny.......but i agree you cant sign a player who will cost you double what you sold him for....

Couldn't help this...... but just imagine what owen will be thinking when he plays the intertoto qualifiers next season....

The fact is owen needs us more than we need him....

totally agree,his face at the end was like a rabbit caught in the headlights,he so knows he made a mistake,and him denying it in the papers and tv that he's happy at newcastle and made a good choice is laughable

He'd be great. But if he come back he'd have to be part of a squad. As great as he is and as much as i want the lad back he would have to come back on our terms.

Still, to be perfectly honest, i don't care if we do or don't if the team keeps playing like this. Fantastic stuff at the moment. We look so strong especially in the centre of midfield with those two... the completely bossed that game today and i reckon they could do it against anyone they're that good.
