Good goal by Sao Paulo, but why use an American referee? Surely one from Oceania, Africa or Asia would have been available.

Interests. And I do know there's some sort of anti english feeling in south America. Perhaps some Uruguayans around here say that's not true, but I say that's  a known fact.

Explains why not Oceania (would be an Australian) but how about Asian or African?

The BIG problem is that we've lost a GOOD habit. We've let a goal in AND we've lost and then we've got to fly back to reality without a cup and a sour taste in our mouth'
Fcukin disgrace of a team selection !

This match was REALLY important !

Congratulations to the Sao Paulo diving team. I have NEVER seen a team fall over so easily and continuously, and that includes the Australia v Uruguay match.

Dunno why Crouch and Riise didn't include in the starting 11. Kewell and garcia are simply the worst(s)

I dont agree, i thought kewell was about the best man on the pitch, he was hassling the left back continuously. As for Garcia he didnt have a bad game but he should have scored. I think sissoko was abit anonymous. As i said before.... Crouch should have started instead of morientes with cisse comming on later.

Now we are knowing you, Reds. Who's arrogant here?? Europeans just can't be defeated by a South American team!!

BUT THE WORLD belongs to the unknowns, whose has no money, no fame, no marketing. I LOVE THIS GAME.

Great São Paulo.

Congratulations on winning mate, but you know Liverpool were the better side. For a team of Brazilians (except Lugano) you looked very poor.

Keep it to football lads. No need to descend to that petty nonsense about slums.
