WORLD CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP 2005 - official topic

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby Ciggy » Fri Dec 16, 2005 8:44 am

This topic has turned into the most pathetic thread on here, and to the fella bringing up the Brasilian shot in London, and Tony Blair.
WTF has that got to do with Liverpool Football club Idiot.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Kenny Dalglish 1/2/2011

In every world cup i can remember after England,Brazil have always been my second team and the 1982 Brazil squad played the best football i've ever seen.......
Saying that though i never knew what Brazil supporters were really like as was of the view you party all the time and celebrate very hard.........
If the utter knob heads on here from Brazil are a sad reflection of what Brazilian suporters are really like, its a shame,,,,,because all respect from me has gone........

Im sure the thought of playing for the "World Champions" would be appealling to all our players. Im sure Stevie Gerrard would really look at the winner of this "Marketing" competition (Club Championship) as being the world champions. HAHAhah  What a Joke..   If all the world champion teams are coming from South America then why are all there top players moving to Europe...  Maybe they see European Leagues as the elite???  When was the last time the top player in England transfered down to Brazil ??

In my eyes the World Champion (Best team in the world) will always be the winner of the Champions League as they are the best team in the best competition.

Therefore all hail LIVERPOOL 2005 Best team in the world !!

Sorry mate...I completely desagree with you...
There´s two reasons that brazillians or south americans players are playing in Europe:
1) As you may know, you (Europe) have more money than us (South America).
2) As you may know too, we have much more better players than you
And Liverpool will be the best team in the world IF it beats Sao Paulo on sunday. Then OK.
We´ll see...
Sunday will be the day!

Hey Drummerphil
Don´t analyse brazillians or Brazil only for this.
Even "inside" our team fans (sao paulinos, reds), we have some idiots. All countries & teams have it.
Brazil is a really nice place, with sun, beautiful beaches, happy & fun peolple, who like englishs and other countries people. And is a cheap place to travel an do tourism.
Our population is a big mix of races (my father was portuguese, my wife´s father is italian and so on). Come here and enjoy a good way of life. Excellent (cold) beers, food and parties all night long. And our girls....WOOOO...one of the bests in the world, guaranteed! All of you are invited to come here and see what is REAL brazillians, not those idiots and stupids that all we have in our countries. And when you come here, let´s see some good soccer games, like sao paulo x palmeiras, sao paulo x corinthians, etc...
I hope that you still have (in 2006 World Cup) Brazil as your second team. We´re glad about this!

I really don´t think so.
Have you watched brazillian league? The games was excellents.
I can watch on TV England´s. And, for me, the game is too "truncate" (I don´t know if this is the word for too many faults). Sicerely: I preffer to watch Spain´s league, more goals and plastic moments.
But this year Brazillian league was really sh!t, we had a lot of problems with "judges" robery and so on...that´s why Corinthians was the Champion.
