Tim Howards mum is quoted this morning that her sons lack of form is down to the tics  ???

Are some of our players suffering from the same problen ie Dioufy, Diao, Cheyrou, Smicer - suffering for the last 5 years!!!!! :D

This should be investigated as the effects of tourettes could have latched themselves onto our manager, swearing outburts could be heard in a matter of weeks!! :D

Tourettes, I believe is where the unfortunate sufferer experiences an increase of blood pressure which causes him to involuntary start shouting and swearing. It can be a very embarassing condition.

In effect, the sufferer starts talking cr#p by the bucket load.

Methinks our manager experiences it after a defeat.....

HOWARD'S CONDITION WORSENS
Friday 16th April 2004

Manchester United goalkeeper Tim Howard's Tourette's Syndrome has been exacerbated since his move to Old Trafford.
The United States international joined The Red Devils last summer from New York/New Jersey MetroStars and had enjoyed a fine debut campaign in The Premiership.

But he was recently taken out of the firing line by manager Sir Alex Ferguson after a dip in form and replaced by Roy Carroll.

Ferguson was keen to rest Howard after a demanding campaign and the keeper is unlikely to play again this term.

His Tourette's Syndrome has not affected his displays for The Red Devils but his mother has become increasingly concerned that the condition has worsened in the build-up to matches.

Howard's agent Dan Segal acknowledged the shot-stopper's mother is worried about the effects on her son of playing for United.

Segal, though, insists the condition has not been a factor during matches and is not having a major impact on his career.

"His mother was talking about the natural process of gearing up for a game or winding down when any player has a heightened heartbeat," said Segal.

"In Tim's case this can manifest itself in some of the symptoms of Tourette's but it has not affected his performances or his day-to-day life."

Howard commented that " f##k tw#t c#nt a#se tw#t f##k BITCH s##t tw#t c#nt a#se tw#t f##k BITCH TWATTY FUK f##k", and also added that "SHITTY boll##ks tw#t c#nt a#se f##k"
