Lovely gesture, superb fans  :)
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Paco nearly battered Mark Hughes when we played Blackburn so he will do for me  :D

And i think we should definetly play you for your centenery, what an occasion that would be

I'm a Real Betis fan and in the match played in September in Seville between my team and LFC, my brother found near the stadium a very old Liverpool scarf, property of Christopher Murphy. It also has two pins, one with a torch that says: 96, Justice, Lest we forget and the other one: Wine for my men, We ride at dawn. If Mr. Murphy or someone who knows him reads this, please let me know and I'll send him his scarf. Thank you very much.

Very nice gesture mate.

Have you tried posting this on RAWK?

You may have more luck finding this Chris Murphy fella on there.

It would be great. I think a very good option is also our centenary (in 2007). I dream with a tournament in our stadium with LFC, Celtic (we have a very good relationship with them since the UEFA Cup Final they played in Seville two years ago) and Betis.

The fella will correct me if I'm wrong, but in fact, I think that the green and white colours of Betis are not based in the flag of Andalusia, but closely linked to Celtic Glasgow... If what I read once is right, back in the early XX century the Betis founder was :censored: off with the existing teams of Sevilla at the time, and was pretty impressed of Celtic Glasgow and decided to do the Spanish version

You are on the right track mate. The green and white colours of my team are not based on Andalusian flag, but in a Betis directive who went to Glasgow in the early 20th century and imitated Celtic shirt. Apart from that, we have always admired Celtic supporters. He was not Betis founder, but he was closely linked to the club.

LFC #1, tomorrow I'll post this on RAWK. Thanks. :;):
