How much money have Leeds spent ?

Its their own fault their in such a mess.
Their downfall was because of money
so how can you say "its not all about money" ?

But thats my point, patience in Henry, look at him now, they didnt bank roll the best player in the prem at the mo? And its fair to point out that GH is only spending money that is given to him by the board, and I mean,  can both Pele & GH be wrong a certain individual? ???? he for instance just needs time!

Lets face it to even comtemplate qualifying for Europe with this set of players would be an embarassment. At least eight or nine changes are needed to make any kind of real challenge for the premiership title next season.Forget Europe lets get it right here first, with some passionate players wearing the red shirt we may have a chance,In my fifty years of watching the reds this team is no better than the second division days with only one great player Billy Liddell and a load of cart horses going through the motions. Its time for the fans to vote with their feet,STAY AWAY,and get this board and management out, before the club sinks any more.

We have been in a steady decline since nov 2002 and houllier has no idea what to do about it.He has made countless excuses time and time again and cannot seem to take any blame for the shambles this team has become on the pitch.Off the pitch the board are the same just sitting back and doing nothing.Wake up dummies what does houllier have to do to get sacked? ???? ???
Smith to Shankly:My thigh is a bit sore, but I think I could play.
Shankly to Fagan:Tell him,Joe.He has got no chance of playing.
Smith to Fagan:Tell him to sod off.It is not his leg,it's mine.
Shankly to Smith:Oh no son.You are wrong, son. It is not your leg.
It is Liverpool Football Club's leg.

GIven our players a good manager will create the gulf in notime. Cannt see how GH can pull out anything anymore.

And remeber, Wenger got Henry for 7 million quid!

I think Henry's transfer from Juventus to Arsenal was closer to £10-11million than £7million.

I love Ken's comment asking whether Pele and GH could be wrong, enough is said about GH but Pele said that the thought England,France and Argentina would all go far in the last world cup, if he had looked at the draw he would have realised that they couldn't all make it to the quarters.

The guy's a f##king idiot, great player but an idiot. African teams winning world cup by 2000? his list of 100 greatest players.

With basically the same set of players we went out of CL by not beating Basel and losing twice to Valencia and then lost in the UEFA Cup to Celtic. This season we went out of the UEFA Cup to Marseille - if we can't win any one of 8 games against those kind of sides then we have no hope in the Champions League  :(

It is reported at around £10m though some sources reckon £10.5m. You can never be too sure exactly how much any player cost these days, the price varies from one source to the next
