Harry kewell vs. u r gay - Thoughts about the game

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Before the second leg, Recoba was saying that it's Uruguay's divine right to be in the World Cup. Pig's Ear.

The spirit of Johnny Warren was felt tonight.

Penalty shoot out, Viduka missed a shocker for us , Harry buried his and Schwarzer made two awesome saves,

No wild Guus chase for us this time  :)

If not for Schwarzer's double penalty saves, i would give Tony Vidmar MoM. Lucas Neill (as much as i hate that little blackburn pr!ck) had an excellent game at the back as well.
Cahill had a decent first half but faded away after abt 60mins.
Viduka was sh!t as usual and his penalty summed it all up.

But the best thing was seeing Harry Kewell playing with passion and desire. The last time i saw that was like almost 2 years ago..

Schwarzer's 2nd penalty save was one of the best I've seen -awesome.  Watch out for it on the highlights.

Maybe this will give Harry Kewell some sort of incentive to play well this season. He needed some sort of a kick up the @rse

OMG I am so pumped!!!!!! I couldnt believe it!!!! 32 years! 32 f.u.k.1.n years but we did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the boys amazing, Schwarzer, wat a legend!!!! Kewell played his best game for some time, vidmar was outstanding as was niel..... I havent been this excited since istanbul!  i was actually in tears when viduka missed his penalty but schwarzers 1-handed save had me crying with joy....

Johnny Warren, you told us so.  You always said that when Australia made it you'd say 'I told you so' its heartbreaking to think you died less than year before it happened, but i think you were there watching us and Johnny Warren, on behalf of all Australians I say

I want to extend my gratitude to all those LFC fans who have posted on this thread and sent their congratulations to us for making the World Cup. I know its been pretty hard going on here, especially the whole Viduka is a Lazy Lump arguments, but I'm sure from our point of view Harry has his fitness back, he is 100% injury wise, and these minutes he's played will only help US in the long run. He has always been World Class, and now he can finally show us what he can do for the Red shirt.

Lionheart, bring in your comments about Viduka now, I'd LOVE to hear your excuses. :D

Johnny Warren lives in Harry................

We had to wait 21 years for another Euro Cup.

We had to wait 32 years for World Cup qualification.
