Hello peoples, just been reading a few topics which have given me a good laugh, thought i'd sign up.

I'm from australia and are a man u supporter  :D

Give me s##t if you want.

I did visit your city a few times in 1989. I saw Liverpool beat Forest( I think) at anfield, first game after hillsborough disaster.

Lucky enough to get an F.A cup ticket also, saw Liverpool beat Everton 3-2, memorable match. Still have my match day programme as a souviner.

cya.

Q: What's the difference between Australia and a pot of yoghurt?

A: If you leave a pot of yoghurt on its own for 200 years it will develop a culture all of its own.

Well thanks for your warm welcome.

Actually i was born in rochdale and taken to australia when i was 12 months old. I still support england over australia in any sport...cant stand the oz mentality.

I'll be watching april 24th...starts about midnight over here as does every bloody match. It's not easy following football from the other side of the planet. World and euro cups are all early hours of the morning.

bye for now.

At the risk of incurring the wrath of many LFC fans on here I think this lad's OK :D A lot of my friends are Man U suporters and at times we sometimes have to agree not to talk about the beautiful game but give him a chance hey :p

Some scousers are actually quite civil please dont take the response as an overview of all supporters ,we welcome your overtures however controversial the team you have chosen to support is  ,just dont expect our replies to be unbiased in their views, that would be asking to much, now would'nt it

Yeah should have chose a different user name...sorry.

I thought all the liverpool people were friendly towards me the time i was over there, dont have a bad word to say about anyone or thing regarding your city or supporters. except maybe the time i got a cab from aintree to liverpool station. The trip took about 25 minutes ( would that be right?) i'm sure we were going around in circles :D

The group of liverpool supporters who took me to all the matches were a top bunch of lads. As i said i went to wembley after one of them gave me his ticket because he had uni exams that day... forever grateful for that.

So while i do support man u i dont mind seeing liverpool do well.

bye.

Giggs seems a decent bloke, as long as he comes up with good football points and he is not here to take the p#ss give the guy a chance

Agree with yoo there Roberts :D  We are not immune to good football debate and a bit of banter and as long as there are strangers in Liverpool needing a Cab ride there will Cabbies living in the best parts of Liverpool off the proceeds !LOL:laugh:
