Cisse - a failure? - Exchange him for andy cole!

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

People forget what a bad injury Cisse had, but he came back from it and is scoring. Yes he isnt the finished product but give him a chance he was out for ages.Cisses the most passionate player I seen in a long time. If anyone its Crouch that needs replacing.
Cisse = :censored: touch, :censored: in the air, not trying = 15 goals
Crouch = Good touch, good in the air, trying hard = 0 goals.Sell him.

We've got a pacey runner who got a poor touch of the ball and had a habit to kick the ball hard towards the keepers or the stand... and doesn't seem he likes to pass the ball around...

I think if we have andy cole instead of cisse, we mighti have score a hell lot of goals this season... at least cole's got a good intelligence on using the ball.

You are a fu**ing idiot!!
FFS Andy Cole? are you a Manc winding us up?

The person who started this thread has definitely lost the plot. Andy Cole is playing well (as is the team he plays for), but if he was in the squad I doubt he would have the same impact he's had so far this season for City. Cisse is our best striker, at the moment. I would be sad to see him go. I don't see him as a star striker, but he has goals in him. I definitely see him improving and becoming one of the top strikers in the league in a couple years, though. No doubt he wasn't worth his 14 million price tag, but who cares. That's all done now. Most of the time when you shell out money on players, you only are able to see after a long period of time if you've made a wise purchase. There's not many guarantees out there, and if so...they are also way overpriced. 14 million now seems like a joke, but then...some people probably thought it might be worth it. I think Andy Cole is 34 or something, though. Even suggesting him is ridiculous. Maybe tempting if his contract was up in January, as back up or something for the rest of the season perhaps...but that's about it. Not even that, really..

Anyway, someone mentioned Biscan. I saw the highlights of Barcelona's win aginst his team this week in the Champions league. He looked to be playing absolutely awful. Like, he didn't care at all. I think they're playing him at centre-back also from the clips I saw. Anyway, he was terrible. As was his team. Some great play from Barcelona, though.

Players can't have a bad game? ??? Biscan was the man of the match of that exact same fixture a fortnight ago. Thats hell of an achievment playing against the likes of Ronaldinho,Van Bommel,etc...

Did I comment on anything more other than that particular game??  ???

No, I don't think I did. I haven't been keeping track of Igor's career since he left really. This was the first time I saw him play for his new team (in short highlight form). He looked severely out of it.

Since you have seen him play numerous times I'm assuming, are they playing him at centre-back or no?? That's the reflection I got, and well...we all know where he showed his best games at.

Hes playing on low confidence mate!! Lets face it, if pictures of a small pen.is of yours had circulated the globe that would be expected!!
He should have at least cut them pubes back for the C/Lfinal and then his co.ck would look more than a mere cup winning head amongst a quagmire of Igornis!!
We cant expect him to be running around like king dong can we? ???
All the same...Igor Igor Igor!!!! :bowdown
