Im reckoning he should buy an assistant manager who knows how to play in england and also to explain that to win a game you have to have a goal, you dont win by the amount of times it goes into your own net, that probably why he keeps saying BLOODY STUPID things like at the end of tonights game "I didnt say anything to the players because they all worked very hard" - I mean really is he having a laugh?

I agree but the same was said about the centre of our defense all through Evans' reign until Houllier brought in Hyppia abd Henchoz. Can Rafa find a striker good enough? If so he must be given the funds to do so!

we should buy back murphy for 4m to play behind the front two, sell crouch and Morro for 12m (if you can find a taker) and put the rest towards it and buy Owen back from the Zebra Crossing gang.

Give Cisse until end of season to show some scoring form.

Buy Sabrosa.

And buy a decent winger.

It would help if the crosses/corners etc. at least travelled over the 1st defender and attained a minimum height of 6feet,rather than the ridiculous crosses and corners that we saw tonight.Get Peter Thompson now!

the players we have are fine on paper, just need to sort out teh teamwork. alonso is world class, as can garcia be if played to his strengths.

ok, i still dunno why we got crouch but mori and cisse are class up front. kewell will do it for us on the left and at the back we arent bad. lets play like a team ok?

Bring back Phil Thompson!!!

He has been through the mill with the 'pool and knows what it takes to succeed in the english game. Even under Houllier he was the one on the sideline bawling at the players.

Fair enough, there might not be a lot of room on the bench when that nose comes along but at least the subs can stay dry under it
