CRYSTAL PALACE VS LIVERPOOL - all build up and reaction here

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby Sissoko » Tue Oct 25, 2005 10:11 pm

Lets just hope this kick starts our season in the premiership. A blind man could see, our 2 most prominant strikers at the moment are cisse and luis garcia, If you call garcia a striker.

It baffles me why rafa chooses to play crouch and morientes when he know's their out of form. If you want to get them into form, put them in the :censored: reserves and see how they enjoy it down there.

Its :censored: players and poor management that bring the kind of displays we are seeing. This is not a young team on the up, its a bunch of ordinary players being lead into battle by a guy without a clue. Rafa has simply lost the plot. After the Euro triumph he must have had his brain removed. I cannot belieive that he builds on our triumph by bringing in Zenden, Crouch and Sissoko and to top it changes our style of play. He really is intent on putting himself and his coaching staff out of work. Hes a mounatin to climb to dig us out of this hole.

Rafa I hailed as the new saviour when he came to Liverpool he was going to put it all right. He was going to get us back on track, well how wrong I was. I couldn't care less if he won the CL last year, just were is he taking this football club?

He has been guilty again of fielding players that aren't good enough, making strange substitutes, leaving out senior pros and losing us another football match.

To pin your hopes on some lanky clueless idiot who looks so unlikely to score is a joke. He is absolutely :censored:, he has no pace, lacks movement and couldn't score if his life depended on it.

Potter is useless, he looked scared when he ventured into the last third. To take off Morientes and Kewell and replace with the potent Garcia and Pongolle is absolutely unbelieveable. This people just don't care, when there career is over and they've gone back to the sun of France and Spain we're left to pick of the pieces of an English football team that was transformed to play the continental way.

Rafa is simply clueless in the english game. Yes we missed chances tonight, but why leave on the one option Palace where happy to deal with? I think we need to think were he is taking us. We are currently the laughing stock of the PL. If you think West Ham on saturday will be any different you'll be disappointed.

Do you trust this clueless twit at Liverpool FC. Remember last years league performances, wrost in years, last years FA cup mess?

Tonight has obviously touched nerves in a lot of tolerant fans, Lots of people so angry that they have registered just to forward their views on how bad liverpool are as a team at the moment (me included), some serious thinking needs to be done by The Head honchos at LFC, i believe this was our only chance to get into Europe this season, please god prove me wrong

Raffa fu,cks about too much and makes too many changes with players and also tactically every week.
Players cannot fiind form and consistency as a result.
Ok Raffa won us the c/l and amazing it was amazing yes but that is history now..
Too much emphasis is put on playing to compete against our opponents style of play.
Liverpool always played our way and let them worry about us...Time to get back to basics raffa and fu.ck all this football science balls..
He should be told 4th or better this season or its bye bye

Funny enough we could possibly go on and win the CL again and finish about 12th in the league thats how stupid this whole situation is

i honestly think that we can take positives out of this game.
1. kewell looked a lot better (went passed ppl and delivered some good crosses)
2. nando looked a lot sharper (create chances for himself, should'nt of been taken off)
3. now we are out of the cup, less games to play therefore a less cluttered fixture list

However, they negatives are that
1. There is a lack of communication amongst the team
2. crouch seems to be getting worse
3. youngsters like raven, potter and whitbread look average
