We have the advantage going into this one!
Everyone knows we were the better side on wednesday.
That includes jose and all his players so you can bet the last thing they want is another trip to anfield.
I hope Raffa starts Hamman again as he was fantastic the other night and by far our most important player. He may not have 2 games so close together in him and im sure Raffa wont start him if theres any doubts about his fitness!
Sissoko would be a great replacment, but he's a long way to go before he can fill Hammans boots in my opinion.
Not too sure what to expect from raffa but i think we'll se a bit more urgency from the team as this is a game we cant afford to loose!
3 points a must
Bring it on

I would start with the same 11 that played Chelsea on Wednesday because if we can create the number of chances we did on wednesday we will score and we can win the game. Rafa got his tactics spot on again on wednesday. I think Morientes and Sissoko will start on the bench although Rafa might replace Hamann with Sissoko.

id stick to the same as wednesday. some of them will know they've been in a battle, yes. and if they arent up for round 2 well see by the team that IS picked...however, didi hamann must play the same role. if he is fit and physically up for it, he will make the difference, again imo.

chelsea are the ones who need to change things for me. and they will no doubt be looking at hamann, and how to nullify his influence. and whether its essien/lampard/swp/cole..whoever that plays. hamann has the nous to deal effectively with any permutation.he's proved that.
the only thing that qualifies didi ahead of sissoko (at least from the start) is...he's been there and KNOWS how to solve things. momo is some way off that level yet. but, in fitness terms, once didi HAS 'broken' the midfield attack up, what better player to come on and continue the standard. he is going to be one HELL of a signing imo.

What made me laugh about that tackle above... was Gerrard saw it coming and pushed Cisse into Lampards path.

i think Rafa will stick to that stupid 4-5-1 formation, but if morientes is fit maybe he'll be the lone striker rather than Crouch. Maybe Sissoko will replace Hamann. I personally think Hamann will retain his place, he had a cracker on wednesday

yeah, we alsways seem to play better when hamann plays as it gives gerrard the freedom to run all over the place!!!!!
