I am not aware of any point. Its just that I know who he is and was delighted for him when Houllier took him on(never said anything to him about it though)

Hello ...can i just give my view on the board..in relation to this guys question -from a neutral okay
First up-I think Liverpool are becoming a great team again, but still need a year at least. One thing is obvious -you have a great man in charge (who is the bald guy ? )right said fred?
Lfc are becoming more difficult to beat, they were the better team against chelsea but it was a good result for both sides.
And just a note to the guy who said of course we are good enough we are champs of europe etc.-----bravo! No mean feat but its just a glammourized uefa cup really compared to the days when it was champions ONLY. Yes you did it all back then too and i bet not one sinle person asked ...are we good enough back then .

the thread was started, as im sure the VAST majority realise. not out of cynicism, bit out of frustration at seeing "when the :censored: is cisse going to be sold" and other illuminated posts on luis garcia, riise, zenden reina? the list goes on...so to make it absolutely crystal clear to ANY of you who are in doubt as to the allegiance OF the topic starter...just read the opening lines? ???  ???

ive been as guilty as the rest when it comes to 'nit-picking' at players, and lets face it, we ALL had plenty of shooting practice over the 'gerrard to chelsea' fiasco! didnt we?

what im saying now is, we have a start to the season which is unbeaten in 17 european matches and unbeaten in 6 premiership games.. lets build up that momentum nice and solidly and piece by piece the puzzle will be solved.

again, the point im making is CLEAR.......if you read it.
