I'm with Destro on this one. I don't think it shows a lack of knowledge to post on a forum that in your opinion we cost ourselves two points by setting up too negative against Brum, probably the reverse infact. Likewise I don't think it shows a lack of loyalty to voice an opinion on a forum about various members of our squad. I personally have never gone for the "it's too early, give him time" angle, I said Zenden was garbage before he had even kicked a ball for us. That's my opinion FWIW which admittedly is not very much. I think Morientes is unsuited to and unlikely to flourish in English football and that we overpaid for Cisse, once more I was happy to voice these opinions last season, very early in the piece.
All that said, I think rafa is doing a fantastic job. I am certain we are improving and most of the things he does are inspired. We have some brilliant players and the early signs indicate that a break into the top three is by no means beyond us this season. Doesn't mean that on a forum I don't feel entitled to have an opinion though.

It has been a slow start for us but not a bad one, the only thing is people, a slow start costs you the league these days, and im not saying we was ever going to win it, but this season more than any is the season we should be able to break into the top 3 once again, Chelsea will run away with it but 2nd spot will be there to play for all season and the best we can do is get a grip on 2nd spot and if disaster does strike Chelsea then we will be 1st to capitilise, a few seasons ago Arsenal ran away with the league and United stayed in a steady 2nd place, Arsenals balls went, united just kept on picking up the wins and stole the prem away from them and that is the best we can lookk to do, Unlikely i know but its the best we can hope for.

It certainly is a different game these days, a few years back i always used to here Fergie going on about if you lost more than 6 games then u was out the race. Now if you lose 1 or 2 you might as well call it a day!

And another thing if we was all pestimists or Optimists then there would be no point of having a forum, we would just start topics and all agree!, everyone is entitled to there opinion......even if some do talk sh!te!

And also things arnt that bad we continue are defence of the european cup tomorrow against the so called best team in europe.
