No he is in fact signing a 5 year deal with Arsenal and we get Wiltord and Jeffers.

Owen has had a bit of a rough year, with a new arrival keeping him up during the night, gambling problems come out in the public, his girlfriend injuring her self, his sister subject to a kidknapping, his own injury problems, death threats, contract speculation and now his builder has killed himself.
