A new center half?, and right midfielder? - 3 days to go

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Joaquin would not come cheap at all, and even if we did make a move for him, we would surely be priced out of the move by Chelsea.

Matbe we should go for Solano, because their ain't much rafa can really get in 3 days and we do need a RM.

well, if theres really no RM rafa feels good enough to be signed currently, he will have to use gerrard on the right.

gerrard won't like it, but imagine. sissoko, xabi, gerrard and a left winger, with owen or crouch or cisse or morienties.

i think a centre back is really top piority now. imagine carra injured or hypia out? i may be just some freak accident like what happened to cisse. (touch wood) :(

Ayala is too old and Joaquin would cost an arm and a leg, I'm sure Rafa has it all in control as we all know how much he likes to keep things on the downlow :;):

Does no one agree with me that steed malbraque is the key? 25 years old, Premership Experience, Of high standards and wouldn't break the bank.

Liked the look of routledge last season, although he seems a bit injury prone. Zoltan Gera however has been absolutely stunning for the albion, and would be relatively cheap

Stelios is out of the question now after signing a new contract.

not sure whats happening with Salihamazic or however you spell it.

They were linked with Marek Mintal towards the end of the season. Thats gone quiet though. I think we could get Vikash Dhorasoo form AC for under £5M. Hes a good player and well within our range.

Was thinking exactly the same St Mick , and not just for todays game . He's looked fu'ckin' awful for the toon .
I almost sent the rangers site a thankyou note for taking him away from a possible move to us . Another  mercenary giving the smallest effort for the biggest return .

I agree he was really shown up today for what he is....a good player in a lower quality league, but a very average premiership defender
