Now on its own it looks like a scam but bbc.co.uk have a news report on it saying its not. Does any one no anything before i act upon it.

Reading the bbc report it seems to be above board , the last statement however indicates that the offer is only available in the USA .

You know what made me laugh in that first link - it says the following, which just shows how bone idle SOME Americans actually are:

Usage of the site is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom.
The USA is NOT in the United Kingdom.
