Basically there is a new mini gameboy on the way, dont know if this is old to some gamers in here, but news to me, so thought i would add it. Anywa I am going bed now, so if anyone could be kind enough to post some details (if they know or can find that is) on what its like and what the specs are and features etc;

:)

There is indeed going to be a new game boy coming v soon. It's super slim, and also super simple for the more retro/young gamers. It's along the same lines as the PS2 slim, or whatever it's called. Completely pointless, but a nice trick to play on idiots who will buy anything that these companies cough up, especially if you can put the word "slim" in it's name. Expect a PSP Slim in a couple of months.

Anyone played Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition? bought it off Ebay the other day and it's a great arcade racer similar to NFS Underground 2 :)

The following is related to FIFA 06 and one of our players:

Some more details of FIFA 06 have been passed our way. This time we have been told that the penalty kick system has been vastly expanded.

You can now move your GK along the line before the kick is taken. The GK will move his arms and jump as he moves (think Dudek in the UCL final).

Taking a penalty kick now offers more as well. You can choose between 3 different types of shots. You can pass the ball in with the inside of your foot, you can drive the ball in with a firm strike, or you can choose to delicately chip the ball in.

PK saves are now more realistic as well, with not every save going directly out, meaning follow up rebound goals are also possible.

I might just buy fifa for that alone. But it depends if pro evo have improved. I prefer PES for game play but fifa for graphics and realism.

FIFA 06 does indeed look very good. EA Sports improve every year with their FIFA games. They have made the career mode even better, which is basicaly like footie manager and that's just one part of the game.

I've heard Pro Evo 5 will let you transfer your data to the PSP and carry on your game on that - sorry boys, but that is game, set and match to Pro Evo!  :buttrock  :buttrock  :buttrock

Fifa games are great and i have been a big fan of them since the early 90's, but what i find is that they start off great, because they have introduced a new button, or interesting flick, but it becomes very easy to master in a couple of weeks.

Iv never been a pro fan untill a couple of years back when my mate made me play it, and at first it doesnt seem as good, but gets much better, and shows much more depth to the game s its harder to master and theres always more to do.

My advice is buy both!  :)  Its too hard to decide otherwise

Graphics/Realism/Music and every other single detail: FIFA
Gameplay: Pro Evo

But to me FIFA > Pro Evo until Pro Evo gets a proper license for all the leagues and names
