What's happening? - With the cb and rm problem?

the season is about to start and we still don't have a right winger or a center back. I'm getting a little worried about this because Potter, Garcia and whoever else ive seen, cant do it on the wing.

Bit of a strange one this.
Read this morning that Rafa said he's waiting to sell Baros before he can make any more purchases-yet Parry says we are "working 24 hrs" to try and bring ion more players, the spending spree is far from over apparently.
What is slightly bemusing is that if we do have money available to spend, has rafa actually identified a RW or CB that can do the job he wants?
It would seem strange that he would wait until he has the 'cash in hand' so to speak, before he starts to look around bearing in mind how long these things can take and how close (relatively speaking) we are to the end of the transfer window.
