andy vandermeyde has great pace and can provide briliant crosses for crouch and cisse!
may be the peeps have other players in mind?
alves? cicinho? renato? galletti? etc. etc

I don't necessarily go for this theory that we should have a couple of blokes bombing down the wings, pinging in crosses for our strikers. Contrary to popular belief, I don't think Crouch is going to score lots of goals by attacking crosses and I think it's more important to simply provide width and shape than to be an out and out winger.
As a flyer and one thats a bit out there, sooner or later somebody will realise that Glen Johnson will never make a right full-back while he has a hole in his jacksy and that in actual fact, he's a right sided midfielder being played out of position. At about 2.5 million I'd take a punt on himk being quite a good one too.
