How much time we give him? One full season. It's been three pre-season games, whether he's good enough for this club will be shown at the end of the season.

agreed.  Nando will have this season to prove himself and i think his time to shine will be in the Champions league.  Yes, he'll play a lot of Premiership games but Nando thrives against European opposition and this will be where he earns his money  :eyebrow

We signed Nando only 6 months ago, the lad had hardly played any football, the EPL is a touch league and didn't play too many games, he is settled in now and we'll have a better midfield so I'd expect at least 10 goals by crimbo :;):

i guess morientas will exlusively play champions league football (where the pace is slower). He should be able to score a lot of goals for us there.

thought i'd bring this thread up again seeing as many people as of late have started to say that we should get rid of nando instead of baros. it is sad that people are saying this after a few pre-season games and a couple of appereances in the champions league (some as a sub).
i think nando will come could and we should reserve our judgement on him until the january transfer window (then he would of had a full year at the club!)

Nando will be here for the forthcoming season and i'm not going to comment on him until i've seen him play regularly.

In answer to the question "how long do we give him?" I say until he is no longer a Liverpool player.

Keep him. Sell Baros. Buy a decent winger that can cross it into him and he will score lots.
