Is it true that Mozilla Firefox would not work when trying to download stuff from the E season ticket console?

You need to download a fewplug-ins. Go to TOOLS, choose extensions or downloads(i think)

Normally it will lauch the video in a detached player.

Do you have the latest versions of Real Player or Windows Media Player ??

Hmm i tried Extensions but they wernet able to find any updates for me.

If Windows get plugins for firefox website.

By the way, when i start downloading, the top-middle screen of the E season ticket console would turn white, and there would be a loading bar at the bottom right corner. Also, the bottom left would say "Transferring data from www.servecast.com".
