im not typing his name anymore either. to me it looks like he is a fool. if he wants to go so much, good. lets get some money and get some players that actually wanna play for us.

Also...theoretically Gerrard could still change his mind. How are we gunna feel if by some freak chance he stays?? more importantly hows the club gunna cope?

Never been more gutted in all the time I've followed football

There is no loyalty anymore.  While I am thankful of what Gerrard has helped us achieve, I cannot forgive him for this, especially if he ends up at chelski.

My LFC shirt with Gerrard on the back is going straight in the bin.

The only positive is that we can screw chelski/Madrid for quite a bit of cash, should be nearer 40 mil if a bidding war starts.

Lets try and look at this from a purely football perspective and leave all the emotion of him being a local lad out of it. IMO he has had a bad season, of course he did score two crucial goals for us in the CL but £32m in my view is massively overating him. The stats show that last season without Gerrard we scored more goals conceded less and won more games. In other words his absence will not be as devestating as some people feel. If he doesn't want to play for us anymore £32m will find 2 better players than Gerrard who do. :)

I think we are past the point of no return and any attempt to go back would be a waste of time

35 million plus a player included in the deal just sounds perfect. Player could be Parker/Bridge/Johnson (Chelsea) or could be Guti/Figo (Real Madrid)

Well, we've all seen this happen before. McManaman left when he was the main player at Anfield and we did ok without him.
MO left when he was the main plyer at Anfield and we didn't do too badly without him either.
SG has now left the team and we will cope without him also. He is only one player, not the whole team and CAN be replaced.

I am truly disappointed with Gerrard for his decision, however, I am already looking forward to seeing who we bring in to replace him.

I trust Rafa to replace him and move Liverpool on from last year to be an even better team and have more success. We have no room at Liverpool for ego's. So long SG.

After all the wait to the end of the season and see...... it seems that you have now made your choice Steven. Its a shame that were not able to tell neither the club nor the fans to their faces though. After 7 years as a pro you would have thought that we at least deserved that. It's not often that the club bends over backwards to accomodate anyone (that has never been our way) they did with you and you have broken the back.

Steven Gerrard captain of the European Champions wants to leave to win trophies, methinks that you knew that you were going to decide this BEFORE NOW.

You have not been entirely honest with us and it is a great shame that a man so highly thought of by the fans and club should choose to leave. You could have had it all Steven Gerrard, adored by the custodians of the city you inhabit for life.

Your either very brave or very silly. Doesn't matter who you are, your not bigger than the club and life will go on without you. I for one can't wait to see you back at Anfield, there's a few things i would like to say. Maybe you would like to do the same, speak out and tell us what your thinking

Chelease have already started the bidding war at £32Mil. There is no way that liverpool are going to walk away with less than £38Mil + players or £45Mil cash only

Reading else where

Liverpool will not accept a bid unless "Judas" hands in a written transfer request ...............

1 If he hands one in, "Judas" will not a get a signing on fee nor will the agent

2 If Liverpool were to accept an offer they are choosing to sell him and therefore "Judas & Co" will get paid

is this right ? Also i wanna hear it from that "Gobsh1te" myself
