Ballack for me and i do think there will be a big money signing ,never underestimate the politics of dealing with loss of major star by replacing him with another one

Real don't have the money to compete with Chelski....i'm pretty sure gerrard wants to go to Spain and the only way it will work is if they throw in a player or 2.

we have turned down 32 million....that means at least 35 million to prize him away. I could see this transfer going above 50 if chelski get their way.

Ballack would be my preferred choice. And if we end up selling Gerrard to Chelski i would want Duff as part of the deal.

Although i don't want to see Stevie playing for another English club. It would be like a knife in the back every weekend

Exactly, maybe we should use this oppurtunity as a chance to grab a big money signing but w/e rafa decides will be ok imho.

Gerrard Deal: Should bring in 35 million and another utility player (Chelsea: Parker/Bridge. Real: Samuel/Guti/Figo)

Players that we should go after: Kuyt (around 10 million), Joaquin/SWP (around 15 million) / Aimar/Vicente (around 10 million), Milito/Ibanez/Upson (around 6 million).

Parker is at newcastle, ballack is a class player and would be great, but whoever we get i trust rafa to get the perfect replacement, imagine what he can do to our team with £30 mil plus
