If Gerrard goes, i would rather go for a defensive midfielder in Gatuso from AC Milan or even Esteban Cambiaso. Well only if our Stevie G leaves. Hope that Rafa manage to get hold of him.

Just saw on SkySports that Steven Gerrard was at Melwood for training....

Also heard that the agent will get a big sum of money if Gerrard is sold.

Betis have said they will only sell for a fee close to the buy out clause which is 40 million.

Riquelme is no longer on loan, he has just signed a contract with Villareal.

Since ranieri took over he was frozen out but LFC could not afford him back then. They can now. And apart form that diving headr how about that on against us in the CL where he capped of move where we didnt get a touch of the ball for around 15 passes?

Gatusso is way overated. Hes ok as a basic passer but nothing more. Hes a real dirt foul player who always winges and dives.Someone liek that belongs at Chelsea or Man Utd

who is gerrards agent trying to kid? gerrard apparently has got the hump to the extent that he doesnt want to continue talks because liverpool have taken their time arranging the deal. whats the rush? all this they dont want me smoke and mirrors stuff is a joke, surely a highly paid agent can come up with a better excuse than that. do us a favour ste lad, if you want to go tell us straight like keegan did - the fans respect you more in the end. all this "i wanted to sign but the club was too slow" is just childish in the extreme.
i knew things were going too well.

Marek Mintal has been in contention for some time. The Slokavian scored 16 goals from Midfield last season. Thats as many as F Lampard i think. Oh wait and none of them were deflected either.

Yes i agree. If he loves the club so much he wouldnt give a damn when he signs. I think somehow these agents have got it into his head that LFC just has no use for him anymore.

The thing is, will SG be idolised and worshipped the way he is in Liverpool? In Chelsea or RM hes just a another player. If RM really want him then tell those sukkas to give us Raul +10M as he hasnt scored in like a year or something stupid.

This is getting silly now. LFC has been around a lot longer than Steven Gerarrd. Rafa does not need this hassle with less than 2 weeks to go before the defence kicks back off. I really dont know whats happened to Steven Gerarrd but hes acting like a little spoilt brat baby and needs to get back in his ****ing pram and shut the hell up and play, not whinge at the end of every season. he should be proud top want to play for LFC but if he cant any more then get him the hell out, sign 2 or 3 more players have a nice day end of story.

Im sure Micheal Owen was watching the CLF with great regret and if SG leaves it will give me great pleaseure to flaunt more trophies in his ungrateful face.

agents are becoming too involved. That's not good for the players and for the future of football.

If Gerrard does go, then i would love to see Ruben Baraja at anfield.
