Sorry to spread doom and gloom. Not the best topic I know, but I’ve been reading over a few threads here and there through the archives.

Phil Boersma’s name and the words rumour and nasty which usually shortly follow or precede it have been mentioned a few times.

What was the deal with Phil Boersma? Of course, he was on Graeme Souness’ staff and he was a player for us in the early 70’s.

What I want to know though, is what the rumours are all about? What did he do that was so bad, yet is covered up by people? Was he shagging around or anything with one of the players birds?

What was the deal with him? Someone must know!

During the Souness era he was some sort of fitness coach but the rumoure were of him and ladies of the night partying away in Mellwood, drinking champagne in the sauna and generally living it up

He was the only one of Sounesses signings who scored regularly !!!
