Yes I think you are right because I seem to remember that this time last season marca was saying the club had a done deal for patrick vieira and the title on marca was 'Todo pero la camisa' which means everything but the shirt and that deal didn't happen.

The rumours about stevie & madrid have arisen this morning again, I hope its just tabloids with nothing better 2 do, but as the old saying goes there is no smoke without fire & if these rumours r going 2 continue into next season should the board give any offers serious consideration, because they do effect the player & his performance no matter what any1 says. Could this be the best solution 4 the club, the player & the fans

I just bet £20 with a foolish scotsman that Gerrard would be a Liverpool player next season, was a little quick to take his money or am I £20 quid up?
