JBG, the fixture list is decided already mate. Its not been anounced yet. Also, if its a rumour, which it is, and i heard it today myself, why isn't it in the rumours thread?

Welcome to the rumour boards people. No opinions, no football chat, just rumours. What a site, it gets better by the day ???  :sleep

I heard a rumour that you used to make a positive contribution to this board.

Could just be a rumour though.  :p

Put it in the rumour thread then. :)

I did make a contribution to this board. I used to like coming on here for a debate and to talk about football. The fact is now though, its become a rumour mill and every time one i post a new thread it gets deleted. Also there is no-one left with any intelligence to talk to anymore as all the newbies with there :censored: posts have come on and scared the good posters off.

I'm hopefull that after silly season all the kids and fools will :censored: off back under there shell and go and post somewhere else then we can get the board back to its old standard. I ain't holding my breath though.

I agree that most of the posts lately are mostly garbage copied from the web or newspapers but it's close season we haven't signed anyone yet so there's little to talk about at the moment.

I'm new here post wise but i've been reading this forum on and off for a while now. I will post something when i think it is worth while otherwise i'll just read what else is being posted.

Stu i know from the past that you have plenty of interesting views and are an intelligent poster but i think you should leave this one man crusade against the rumour spamming alone now before you forget why you come on this board in the first place.

Ant i understand what ya sayin mate, but the fact is its not only me its :censored: off.

Theres loads people on here who are blatently getting fed up with it, i won't mention names as am sure the lads won't appriciate.

Its not even just the rumours though, i mean Cisse's getting married for gods sake? Who gives a :censored: as long as he does it on the field? I certainly don't.

These threads about dream teams and "realistic targets aswell" they've been done THOUSANDS of times. It gets boring and repetative, the few that are on there worth reading are being pushed off by idiotic threads. The mods should do something about it.

The rumour thread is for transfer speculation not fixtures.

The only problem I  would have with us playing Everton so soon would be the possibility of our players getting injured so early. Reason I say that is because the last time we played them we had four players injured; Morientes,Hamann,Luis Garcia and Warnock.

Yeah but most of them were pulled muscles, it wasn't really Everton's fault. I see what you mean though, they are dirty and usually resort to kicking players when they can't touch the ball.

I think its time these forums were split into age groups for posters , ie; under 13, 14-21, 21+ , and so forth, cause we have no idea who we are talking to.
i mean, cisse getting married thread, could have been started by a 7 year old. any football tactical/analytical comments in posts lack any credibility whatsover from someone that age.

its probably some under 13's who keep posting stevie g is off!, time and again, and other garbage.

The Cisse getting married post wasnt started by a '7 yr old' if you took the time to check it out!!

And as there isnt much happening at the moment (apart from endless pointless rumour threads, that are not in the 'rumour thread') so in a way it is understandable seeing 'different' types of threads at the moment, if you dont like the look of the thread, which is easy enough to do, considering most titles of posts are self explanatory, then just DONT read it.

And anyway, how do we know YOU are not 13, 14 or 15 for example eh?
