finally he has gone. bad attitude, sick habits, no respect for the club and generally a disgrace to our name. i reckon he will be a decent player at bolton and he will do well he has potential and the c*nt will probably end up scoring against us next season in the league but i dont believe he was good enough for us, maybe if he hadnt been such a tw*t we would have seen his potential and he could of been a good player for us but good riddance

Yet another example of the mess Houllier left behind. EHJ was bought under the media hype after the World Cup and thank Christ someone else has posted the facts about Senegal - EHJ did NOT have a great WC and the worst French team attitude ever allowed him to get hero status in that poxy win.

Mr Benitez has a hell of a mess to clear up from the Houllier years and he trying to build a team out of the over priced and over paid glamour boys left behind. Baros is free at the end of next year and can sign a pre-contract in January. The mercenary b probably will.

They said that Diouf is Bolton's record signing, so whats that mean? does anyone know how much their previous record was and we can work form there because I am very interested into how much Benitez got from them.

Their record signing was Dean Holdsworth for 3.5 million in 1997.

So I am guessing we got circa 4-5 million, good business IMO.
