Liverpool.

Jamie Carragher: Simple reason he plays for the shirt and has everything i admire... Leadership, great work ethic and a winners attitude on the pitch.

Steven Gerrard: Starting to show what i've knew he was capable of for years. He's always dissapointed me because i knew he was capable of this what he's doing now. He's finally trying to be at the centre of everything, he still makes the odd mistake but its down to being impatient and i can live with that, that will come with age. Defending... Attacking... Pressing... you name it he tries it... I was of the opinion he'd never be quite as good as Vieira... now i'm of the opinion he can be better... Keep up the good work lad.

Ex Liverpool.

Robbie Fowler: Simple reason he was god. Great goalscorer of all types of goals. Will never forget some of his greatest moments... the cryuff turn goal against villa... the birmingham cup final goal... the free kick against the mancs at anfield... true anfield legend. Seems so strange to see him playing for someone else... will always have a place in the heart.

all time favourate non Liverpool Premiership player.

Dennis Bergkamp: As good as they come. Technically out of this world. Skill, Strength, Pace, Vision. He had it all. The catalyst for Arsenal's success. Sheer class and brilliance for years. Even now his career is drawing to a close and he's losing it you still see the sheer class he possessed and to an extent still possesses... the goal the other week against leicester... amazing.

Ever...

Marco van Basten: That volley!!! Jesus!!! What a player he was. Good in the air... good on the floor... hell of a player. Didn't see as much of him as i'd have liked.

i guess my favourite player at liverpool now is stevie g. He posseses great leadership, commands great respect. He is a great passer of the ball. The distribution of his balls reach every team mate, showing the trust he has for every player, skill or not. Lastly, he has an incredible eye for goal, which is extremely crucial.

My potential favourite player would be Milan Baros. He is a young and pacy player who is a hot prospect for the club. He has the confidence and skill to get past players, and thats what liverpool needs at the moment. Three cheers to him.
the best is yet to come..

This sounds terrible but I am not a massive fan of any of the current Liverpool players to the extent that I was of past players, but here's my two cents none the less:

Steven Gerrard: not there yet, but getting there.

Stephane Henchoz: Really kills himself on the pitch, a man for the big occasion.

Past Players: John Barnes: remember him in 1988 and 1990? Incredible.

Fowler: his first few seasons were out of this world.

Steve Nicol: the ultimate utility player. Once scored a hattrick from right back: one of the goals was a 25 yard HEADER!

Alan Hansen: even at 35 he was the best in England.

Kenny Dalglish: an all time great.

Ian Rush: before he went to Juventus he was the RVN of his day.

Gary Gillespie: underrated in my opinion: will always remember the goal he got in the 5-0 win over Forest in 88.

Steve McMahon: another glory figure who got ten league goals from midfield in 88.
Jolly Bob Grumbine.

Well i agree with all you 3 guys have said in these replys
I remember Van Basten Stu..I was so impressed by him I named my son after him lol i have a video of Milan V Gothenburg and he nets all 4 ..one overhead kick with his back to goal and he even stuck one in the top corner while flat on his back..
If i was to add another player to all these it would be Maradona..whoever said one man doesnt make a team?
But as far as liverpool players go -Dalglish will always be my favourite

A: Shoot the United Fan. Twice.
