On its own not the worst result in the world and an ok performance but taken in the context that we have drawn too many times since Christmas it is worrying.

I was slightly annoyed after the game but when the news filtered through that Newcastle could only draw then I realised that the result was ok given the way Leeds are playing, and we haven't lost any ground over Newcastle.

As for O'Neill winning no major trophies I guess that is true but Gerard Houllier didn't win anything spectacular either when he came to Liverpool first (and arguably still hasn't), not unless you consider the French league and cup to be major trophies.

O' Neill has never disappointed with whatever club he has managed and just because he hasn't managed Arsenal or Man UTD or whoever doesn't mean that he's not cut out for the job.

I personally think that he is the man for the Pool as he has the personality, intelligence, charisma and passion to make his ideas work at a big club.

it is a little bit worrying that we are dominating games and only drawing them. it was the same last season. newcastle finished third even though they lost 11 matches to our 8. the difference was they only drew 5 where as we drew 11. the wolves and everton games are prime examples this season of not taking our chances.
