Maldini and Shevchenko have got to be two of the classiest players that I know.

But Hokey is a donkey. He is probably one of the reasons why Milan is known as Merda. Maldini and Sheva are too good for you to claim.

No scudetto. No shame. At least the Milan players know that they did their best and are content.

1. Calling Dudek a clown - he saved those penalties instead of Dida. So who's the clown now ?? Penalties is all about mind games and Dudek won this contest with Dida by a mile !!

2. Calling our team little - yeah, right, We have great history ,we have the best fans in the world, we have now the top manager who'll assure that we remain top club. If you think your team played well for 110 mins (and we only played for 10mins), then shouldn't the score be 11-1 then and you walk away with the cup? No...? :eyebrow

Yes you have (or is it had) a great team, of skillful players many will admire but you team don't have the bottle or heart when the crunch time comes (your home defeat v Juve and your lucky escape against PSV and last year's loss to Deportivo proves that). And how you must wish you have this "clown" guarding you posts instead of the piece of log you called Dida (btw. which Brazilian worth their salt will want to play gk??).

and echoing your mafia president, you called us "the little team"?? well this minnow did conquered you, your champion and the English champion (who incidentally is another team funded by mafia money) to win the CL...and you?? :eyebrow

Come on, guys, we had the last laugh with the win. A win is a win and we beat them fair and square, and we should enjoy this. Let them have all of the sour grapes of dismissing us.

The fact is Liverpool scored 3 against AC Milan in open play (the Alonso penalty was a result from open play and Milan were lucky that Gatusso did not get himself sent-off). How many team can boast of that achievement especially after going 0-3 down in the first half?

We should also thank Ancelotti for not instructing his players to close down the game ala their final with Juve where even half chances were at a premium.

I want to congratulate AC Milan, one on the way they played that game. Its been said before many times on this forum, the game was beautiful. played in the right spirit, good sportmanship and lastly they showed grace in defeat. maybe that was because it took awhile for the enormity of the loss to sink in, but i prefer to think of it as class in losing.

I do feel for Milan supporters, it would have been gut wrenching to see your team lose from a 3-0 lead, but LFC supporters know this bitter feeling. In the end there could only be one and thank you god, rafa, sg and the rest for that.

I do not believe it is advisable or warranted to belittle either team. we will meet again..

are you able to read? or no?
i don't object to the results...it's easy, you win and stop, nothing to say.
i have only wrote my personal position...don't expect europe obeisance to you, to your kind of play.
I have also wrote that a Goalkeeper that disturb another player with dance is in my opinion a clown because it's not a good sport.

so quiet! don,t exalt! and don't cry if somebody make an observation!

TBH I think the Milan players where all over the place once Gerrards header went in, when it went to 3-3 they didnt know who to mark, there heads went, they thought they had won it, and they battered us in the first half, it was embarressing.
The milan fans and players knew when it went to penalties they would lose, our fans didnt stop singing whilst the Milan fans you could hear a pin drop.
Our name was on it this year 21 bloody years weve waited, fair play to the Milan fans though no anamosity from either set maybe because they where out numbered 45 thousand Liverpool fans to 15 thousand Mialn fans.
We know our teams not the best but weve beaten the best to win that Trophey and we deserved it in the end.
