Yep all of a sudden Raffa is linked with Real , typical dross and gossip from the tabloids. No way will Raffa go , he knows a knows thing when he see,s it and wants to build a lasting legacy that will be talked about for years to come .............plus think about it , at most he would last a couple of seasons and get sacked like every other manager then go from club to club . The man has a young family and wants stability for them as well as for himself , add on the fact that he clearly loves being the manager of Liverpool

i dont think its dross mate, in fact i`d be surprised if they didnt want him. but them wanting him and getting him are two different things.

The Spanish media has never talked about that possibility so I always get shocked whenever I read that kind of rumours in this forum...some time ago it seemed that the current coach wasnt gonna go on for the next season, well, not even at that time the media talked about Benitez as a possible substitute. Anyway, now the president has confirmed that Luxemburgo will finish his contract that links him to Real Madrid till 2007.

A week ago benitez pledged himself to us for another 20 yrs, says our fans are the best in the world, wins the European Cup and Real come knocking- a club with an over ageing squad!!! He may support them, but Rafa clearly knows to sort Real out he'll 150mil+ to get them dominating la liga once again.
Reals time is over as Barca will now dominate and more importantly benitez is definetly aware of this, just imagine join real, they flop, i bet he wouldnt be able to live with himself. Although i honestly feel NOW Benitez is certainly a true red and on a personal level couldn't give a rats ars* about Real, only that they may hijack Joaquin, who to would be fool to join them.
