We beat Juventus and they are better than Milan. Come the 25th Milan will be tired....we rested 1/2 of our first 11 today and we will be the freshest team in the final. We will beat them and we WILL WIn the European cup :buttrock

yeah ok perhaps he wasnt playin all trhe way up front but he wasnt exactly performing a centre midfield role a la didi stevie or alonso would be in a 4 5 1. i think rafa will play the three in the middle tho which is the safe option i jus naturally prefer to hit teams early and defend a lead like the milan team of the 90's because weve shown we can play this way

When have we played three in the middle in the Champions League this year? And what makes you think we will do it against AC Milan?

We are very capable of beating Milan but we mustn't think that Milan will play like they did against PSV, yes they're in a poor form but a wounded animal is deadly until it's finished off.

Milan play 4-5-1 and we should do the same as we have for most of the tournament.

3 in the middle as in midfield a.b. against chelsea- didi igor + stevie. 451 is the likely option yet 442 would be a nice surprise for me and hopefully a shock for the rossaneri (sp?)

I think after Cisse performance yesterday he has to start.

Liverpool have generally fielded a more defensive side against attacking opposition, but Milan are hardly all out attack!
We could benefit from fielding a more attacking team, Milan won't expect it.

Cisse must play in the CL final, he's earnt it! Played well against Villa, scored a superb pen and a good goal. Great to see him back to his best and looking more relaxed in a Liverpool shirt than he was in earler in the season.

I think this injury could have a strange positive effect on Cisse because it has taken the pressure off him. When he arrived he was a 14 million pound striker whom everyone demanded instant sucess...now he is a striker who is lucky to be able to walk, never mind play top flight football! I think Cisse will really shine for us next season and is destined to score in the CL final
