..well folks.. anno the season's not quite over for us all .. just yet.. (just a little matter in Istanbul to wrap-up) ..but we are approaching the end of the road for another season... I was thinking..:

What has been my best moment in the season ... a number come to mind.. Benitez's appointment.. the capture of Mmmnorientes (corrrr).. but of course for me securing a place in the CL final.. the emotions associated with it.. and well the prospects of becoming Euoropean Champions.. (Note I will have to edit this when we go on to win the the coverted cup :;):

)

Best moment on the forum.. there have been many moments of laffter.. anger.. banter and well plain footie talk which has been both entertaining and infuriating at times.. my best moment .. when the boys on here infiltrated the bluenoses message boards.. in revenge for the postin of a certain Diaponeer..

that was so funny.. in and out there forum.. Wooll's logged on as "flangeman" .. now there's a surprise.. it was up to the minute updates.. one getting banned then loggin on there as someone else.. lol

.. and also the lurvly messages I got from many of you at Xmas.. made me realise just how many friends I have on here.. cheers to you all..

..come on the Reds in the Euro final.. and look forward to postin with you all in the future..

I think team moment would have to be when we overcame Chelsea at Anfield to reach the CL final. After all the London-centric media brown-nosing of Chelsea all season it was just HEAVEN to see us go through as clearly the better side over 2 legs

Best moment on the forum? Hmmm..... far more difficult to pin down :Oo:

Best "Moment" of the season for me was Neil Mellor's last minute strike against Arsenal.

Best 96 minutes (team) was The Semi Final against Chelsea for unparralled scenes on the KOP.

Best moment on the forum has got to be Wollyback's reply to Supersub complaining about the £579 it's costing for him to travel to Istanbul and the Wife wanting a Divorce as a result to which Al replies " £579 for a divorce ? bargain !!!!!

Leon's "tact" ran him close !!!!!

Beating Olympiakos 3-1 to progress through to the knockout stages of the CL (which lead to our amazing CL run this season). When Gerrard scored the 3rd goal i woke up my neighbours i was screaming so loud! In my time watching football I've never felt so much adrenalin from jsut watching. It was an amazing moment.

there have been too many great moments this season to just pick one if you ask me. hopefully the best is yet to come in istanbul a week on wednesday. :buttrock

p.s. after that game i will be setting up the lfc-newkit season awards 2004-2005. :cool:

For me :

L'pool moments:
1. Seeing our lads lifting European Cup (i can see it now

)
2. Beating Chelski in the semis
3. Cisse returning on the pitch after injury (noone hoped it would be so soon)

Forum moments:
Hell, I've been here pretty short so I can't say much, but a warm welcome was a nice touch.
