Come on Dom, have a little faith in yourelf.

Download the program, and run it, it will then prompt you to download updates and then you will need to restart your PC. It acts as a client to download third-party 'widgets' onto your PC. I've not used it myself but I have heard and read about it. It's useful for RSS feeds.
