I think it's one of the thing's that could bring Liverpool back to the top. I wouldn't want it to be like Chelsea though, i would rather see a solid team with no rotation, we would need to sell a good handfull of player's and buy top class to replace them but not go nut's like Chelsea. I would rather see Liverpool earn the championship than to buy it.

If he win's his bid this mean's he is reponsible for what goes on meaning there's a great chance we would get rid of Houllier, i feel sorry for him but he's give it his all and can't go any farther so we need a better manager in who's going to be steady and able to move forward. I believe Houllier still think's he can move us on and that's why he hasn't resigned yet but as said, he cannot bring us on anymore.

Buy it or earn it, It doesnt matter how you win it anymore just as long as you do win it.

I have serious reservations about this Thai guy.

Obviously we would all love an Abramovich, but I know nothing about the Thai Prime Ministers wealth, and I don't think its in the same league as the Russians.

Could we trust a fella coming from a country with no footballing pedigree to make the right decisions for the club?

AS for Sugar Daddies in general whats not to say that Abramovich could lose his billions in Russia after being prosecuted for tax fraud or something? What happens when he eventually gets bored, broke or dies?

Look what happened to Jack Walker and Blackburn.

He'd be no worse than David Moores. Moores is a big fan but that's as far as it goes. Under HIS stewardship, we have never won the league, he gave us the 'two ronnies' and we are falling further and further behind. Houllier, Moores and Parry should leave Anfield together, hand in hand.

david moores tight, whatever the f##k your on give me some. Whenever the manager has needed money it has been there so dont come out calling him tight because he is clearly not! You may not agree with the players houllier has bought but that has nothing to do with moores. There is a lot of money available every season.

We need to buy in pre-season at least 6 top-class players such as the Kewell acquisition last summer, in order to at least challenge the likes of Manchester United or Arsenal. "Fringe players", which Houllier has admitted he prefers spending his cash on - such as Pongole, is just not good enough.

Let me put it another way: If you had 50 quid to buy a new shirt, in all probability you would go into Liverpool city centre and purchase a decent top from the likes of 'Next', 'Burtons', 'River Island', 'Gap' or 'Topman'. Again, in all probability you would not spend it on a cheap replica made by 'naf naf' or 'Kickers' from the market. Similarly, the top dog (Moores) needs to lay the law down on Houllier, who is spending his hard earned cash, (LIVERPOOL'S CASH) on cheap and nasty players from the likes of France:angry: :blues:

Its all about the money....So if u wanna bring it, then bring it.
No, I have mixed feeling about it for the simple reason of us needing money to better our team. BUT Real and Chelsea got outside help (The Spanish government and Abramovitch respectively)...so maybe it isn't as bad as I think.

I been told that billionaire is Liverpool fan! He's really keen to buy this club, do you think it is about time to sell the club to him.
Last year, David Moore has been seriously thinking about selling up his club. Quite sad.

I love to see any Liverpudian billionaire to buy this club, we havn't got any billionaire in this city!

The introduction of a lot of new players would do more harm than good. The millions being spent on The Acadamy are being wasted by the the crew from Melwood sulking because they're not in charge. Local kids are going to waste (City get Joey Barton for nothing - we spend millions on the biggest flops of the African Cup). There will be no short term solution to the present crisis and more players would be the last thing to throw at it.

i agree with columbia that Moores has been a brilliant owner he's been generous in supporting his managers even when the team has been under achieving which has been the best part of 14 years.  The other thing i like about him is that he lets the manager get on with it and doesnt try to steal the limelight all the time.
i'm not surprised a Thai millionaire is interested though because over there Liverpool are just about the most popular club

Nobody new Abramovich existed until last summer and look at the smiles of the chelski people. I want the thai he's loaded and nw you cant win with style and class like we used to, by that i mean building with relatively small amounts of money, its all about winning and whatever costs. So, lets go to and be the red in the Chinese and Thailand flags and f##k the manc tw#ts up good and proper:angry:

I agree with Ant Gornall, lets face it if this guy from Thailand comes in and spreads his cash, it will be the right way forward lets face it things cant get any worse than they are now can they?
