who would you prefer, on tonights showing i'd sooner play a.c. than p.s.v. destiny is our's no matter who, a. c. are typical of italian teams,difficult to break down,but beatable!! :bowdown

yes i have been sayin i would prefer milan to psv because we would underestimate psv while we will give everything we have to beating milan and i believe we will succeed in doing it and win the champions league because it has been our destiny all season, gerrards goal against olympiakos set us off on this champions league runand now we will finish it, its written in the stars, written everywere, i am very confident

Going into this match, we need the fighting "Gladiator spirit" we've had !! At no stage can we consider this in the bag, and lets face it we may be the under dogs yet again, but by now we're used to it and we can excel. Just think, what would the players do with themselves if someone thought they should win !!!!

we went to the lions den in rome and walked away with the meat.on the 25th of may we will walk away from istanbul and keep the thophy forever as five time winners>| :rasp

i thought psv were the better side in both games and can count themselves unlucky not to win. i can see baros and cisse giving milans defence problems because they look even slower than ours. lets face it maldini and cafu aren`t spring chickens and stam has definatley slowed up from the player that used to match anelka stride for stride in the late 90`s.
their midfield is workmanlike rather than creative, and i think a midfield of gerrard, alonso and hamaan will give them problems.

Yea the aging AC back four really are beginning to creak, but i still sure they have all got one more BIG GAME in them as a collective unit, so we need not get too confident and think its a job already done. But the serious danger in attacking terms is obviously Shevchenko, he is just dangerous and prolific. The worst thing for me is that he is more than capable of dropping off carradonna when he realises what he is all about, and getting the ball going past two and hitting it top corner(with either foot too!). He can score from nywhere, including free kicks.

So we need to be strong in defense, especially either didi/igor and alonso backing up the backline but more importantly for me clinical in attack, bcuz altho their reargaurd is slowing up, they still read the game as well as any1 in world football.
Finally in regard to the above 'qoute', beleive me AC have an extremely creative midfield, SEEDORF,KAKA,and of course PIRLO.....If u think Alonso can pass, there is only one player better at passing with both feet in the game, and that is Pirlo....He is their keyman, but on the Sly, nobody really notices him, he doesnt really tackle AT All but plays in the Hamaann type of role, and just controls everything...he is WORLD CLASS trust me....However Rafa will be too astute not to know of the Pirlo danger and hopefully he might set igor loose on him to negate his game.

I dont want to sound downbeat or pessimistic, i just want us to keep things in perspective. I mean look at the sucker punch they landed 2nite! But my gut feeling says its us that will win,i prefer Juve to Milan and feel that if we can be Juve(who for me are defensively better - and we scored 2!!) then we can beat the giants of Milan.

Their one big game is on Sunday against Juventus. I really hope that Juve go all out and crack their back four, so they are irreparable in Istanbul. Milan is beatable.

Agree. cant wait for that game too....but yea lets hope its a draw tho, a scoring one tho is suppose.....that way their league might go all the way till the last game...WHICH IS THE WEEKEND AFTER THE CL FINAL!!!
