Right well I've mentioned this before (vs Juve) but this time I'm really p!ssed off. I think ITV's coverage of these important games is a disgrace. The pundits/commentry is appalling, the adverts really upset the flow of the build up etc. Here's why:

1. Full house last night. The Kop started singing YNWA, soon joined by the entire stadium. It was a goose bump job, tears flowing down the faces of the emotional ones, scarves & banners held high - and Gabby 'fking' Logan talking over the whole thing. She's nattering to Mikey boy about fk all really and you can see on his face he's saying 'shut the fk up tart, have some respect.'
Well I agree. ITV needs to learn a few things about footy coverage. First lesson, don't have your pundit's etc chuntering over YNWA. We dont need it. Just point the camera at the Kop and take it in & HAVE SOME RESPECT!

2. The adverts - especially at the end, we'd just won & stevie and the boys were walking & applauding the Kop, the Kop responds with another rendition of YNWA and Gabby 'silly t!ts' Logan butts in and we're off for a break. Errrr, no! fk your adverts, we're wanting to enjoy the atmosphere actually, not see adverts for Gillette razors or fking Lillets!

I will be writing to ITV very soon with my complaint. Anyone wishing to add anything? I'll include it.

you've echoed my thoughts exactly lee. i couldn't believe what i was (or wasn't) seeing. all the f*ckin press are bigging up what an atmosphere its gonna be and how special the kop is and they go and cut half way through YNWA. un******ingbelievable.

I had to laugh at Terry vegtables "expert analysis" before the game.

I agree totally, put my name down too if thats what you're doing. I was gutted when it went on a break when the players were walking the pitch soaking in the atmosphere.

Anfield rapper, Terry is renowned for stupid things like that, when we beat Juve at Anfield he was asked for his opinion on the game, he said Liverpool just out physicalled them. :laugh:

I switch between the Irish TV and ITV when add breaks are on one so no complaints here. Gabby is rubbish though - what do women know about football?

Never mind the ads. She was even telling us about a boxing match between Amir Khan and the guy who beat him in the olympics. FFS.

Their camera position or lack of it for the goal sums them up>

I'd forgot about that boxing advert she gave. would've been so funny if Owen had of butted in with:

"Will you shut up, this is actually more important"

ItV's sport coverage has always been awful, anyone remember their Premiership highlights show? Utter Cr@p!! Lets hope the BBC get the Champions league one day
