kewell will probably play the last 30-20 mins....i thikn he will be handy, especially for the 2nd leg if fully fit!

Can't say I'm absolutely filled with excitment at Kewell being in the squad, however a name like his does tend to make the bench look a lot healthier. And who knows, maybe.... just maybe, hell decide to start repaying some of that salary if he comes on. Stranger things have happened.

Whatever develops I know that the fact he'll be wearing that red shirt if he comes on will mean he'll have the travelling support of the greatest team in the country behind him, and if you can't raise your game with that behind you, you shouldn't be playing football!!

agreed, if Kewell can capture his form now and help us win the Champions league...then i for one will forgive him for the last 2 seasons.

I think he was probably in spain getting fit back from his injuries thats why he's been away for so long .

Isn't it funny the way he declares himself fit for the big games such as the cl and the carling cup final but never plays in the premiership games. Little suspicious to me.
