Lucky we lost to City on weekend as we always seem to have a good result in CL afterwards, its going to put me in a mixed mind before the unfinished business starts with Chelski

where's Barca, Man U, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Juve, Bayern Munich, Ajax, Inter, Roma, PSG, Porto, Valencia.....?? oh yeah they are out of the comp and we are back to where we belong !!!!!

To play a full 90 mins for the first time THIS YEAR not in some meaningless Reserve team fixture but a Quarter fianl of the CL against one of the strongest sides in Europe is simply astonishing !!

Just watched it on the sbs channel in oz the picture was s*it
gonna buy some super dooper aerial now got a good feeling about
this .

He didn't even drop off in the last 1/4! The chaps fab. The touch was there as well - great ball to baros. Up the 'pool! :grinning:

came home after school watched the last 35 mins of the game and all i was chanting was "COME ON liverpool" and it happened when the ref blew the final whistle i just jumped up and started screaming, i was shaking too with so much joy that we were able to move on.

my chelsea friend today said we were going to loose tonight and if we won we will get slaughtered by chelsea. I dont think we will after what weve seen tonight.

Great result, fantastic!

I was very apprehensive as we had such a long list of injuries and unavailablities of more preferred players yet we stuck in and carried the gameplan to perfection. Baros should have scored that chance bnut at the end of the day, who cares! We got through.

It sems that Juve took us rather lightly although their coach insists otherwise and got more desparate as the match went by that their long range shooters shot way off when they had the chance.

With this win in the CL, I hope we get a good run going to secure a 4th place finish in the EPL. Go Liverpool!

remember wat happened during the finals of carling cup ?? they almost lost it ..

i now i'm probably the last, but i've just found out. was 35000ft up during the game but had a calm feeling all thru.
