Liverpool's new keeper,Scott Carson,is a free-kick specialist and won't be frightened if called upon to have a go.The lad netted twice from free-kicks 30 yards out,not so long ago.Carson also has a unique record of scoring direct from throwing the ball.Full story available in todays footy echo.

he played for a local team near where i live in cumbria. All his family are in the pubs watching the games. I was in the local pub when he started aginsted newcastle. Poor match but good to see him play.

one more freekick specialist  cant be a bad thing , tho he better have a bloody good sprint on him if he misses !! :D :D
