NTL have upgraded their download speeds for no extra cost.

My 700KB service is now 2MB!

Don't know if anyone else uses NTL BB but I rang customer service and they did it immediately.

bt have also doubled all broadband speeds. mine's done through bt business so have to wait til April 1st to go up to 1mb but residential went double on Feb 17th

Anyone with bt broadband will have their service upgraded to 2Mb automatically in 3 months,but if you phone up they will do it now with the proviso you are contracted to them for the next 3 months.

I don't understand the category's SS

All I ever do is click "new posts" and there you lot where comparing MegaByte's and GigaBytes's

I miss the Frioday nights at the end of a busy working week and we all used to congragate on here after drinking 3 Ltitres of White Lighting

In fact Woolyback makes more sense on a friday night than at any other time :laugh:

Bt have upgraded mine til 2 mb ,but theyve put a 15 gig a month limit on the downloads. If I go over that limit I have to pay or have my surfing speed reduced til 150 or something along those lines.
