I believe Warnock was the third player one yellow away from being suspended

hamann was booked in the first leg, he already served a suspension in the group games.

Well in 2002, GH made the same sub - Hamann for Smicer - in the 61st min !!!! What is RB trying to do ???? He knew we couldn't be caught.......
I think trying to erase the ghost of 2002 ! No doubt about it.....

NEWSFLASH Gerard Houllier is no longer the Liverpool Manager following a mutual decision between him and the club.

In other news John Lennon has been shot in New York.

Don't read too much into the coincidence thing.

Hamann was on a yellow and one more would result in a booking. Rafa Benithez, like Jose Maurinho, is one of the best coaches in Europe at the moment and he would be doing things he believed was right and the best for his team.
